About this nursery
Bob Wells Nursery bills itself as carrying the widest selection of edible landscape plants in Texas, with pawpaw among the specialty trees alongside jujube, mayhaw, and citrus. The Donnelly family of Sorelle Farms in Mineola took the nursery on in 2018, and all four daughters work the farm. Trees ship throughout the US, and the farm welcomes visitors, with Thursday market nights and grower workshops on the events calendar.
